It's another New Year

What's new about it? What are you going to do differently? Will you start the new year with new plans, new goals, new vigor? Or will you start another year the same as you ended the last? Are you going to wait for business to come to you - or go get new business? Are you going to continue to work in your business, or will you finally take the time to work on your business? What can you do differently and what will you differently?

Are you so successful that there is nothing you can do to improve? How do you keep the fire of innovation burning so that your company, your team, and you are up to the challenge of a struggling economy, struggling employees, and your personal struggles of running your business?

If you are like most business owners, you'll do what you've always done, and as a result you'll get what you always got? Are you willing to make an effort to work on your business to take the challenge to take your business to the next level? Maybe you want to grow your business by adding customers, or implementing a new product or service, or maybe you want this to be the year you retire? Whatever your goal how are you going to make it happen?

As a business leader, when it's lonely at the top you need to be smart enough to ask for help. Don't look at every new idea as if to say, we've tried it before, or it will never work, or what can you possibly learn about your business that you don't already know? Instead, be open to new ideas, and new input from your peers, your employees, and those who are able to offer something you can't find elsewhere - objective unbiased advice and ideas that you can use to take your business to another level - Optimizing Performance Through Innovation, Vision, and Execution.

Optive Solutions LLC

Optimizing Peformance Through Innovation, Vision, and
Execution

How do you pick a name for a company? I wanted something that would convey my mission for my company - what I hope to accomplish on behalf of my customers. I wanted something that would communicate a message and be memorable to help instill that same mission in my customers understanding of my role, and theirs.

As a business leader, what else can you bring your company but to "Optimize" its "Performance" through "Innovation" of business processes focused on a "Vision" for our company and "Executed" flawlessly. If we as leaders can accomplish this - we will have done our job.
