What are you going to do differently?  Will you start the new year with new plans, new goals, new vigor?  Or will you start another year the same as you ended the last?  Are you going to wait for business to come to you - or go get new business?  Are you going to continue to work &lt;u&gt;in&lt;/u&gt; your business, or will you finally take the time to work &lt;u&gt;on&lt;/u&gt; your business?  What &lt;u&gt;can&lt;/u&gt; you do differently and what &lt;u&gt;will&lt;/u&gt; you differently?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;Are you so successful that there is nothing you can do to improve? I wanted something that would convey my mission for my company - what I hope to accomplish on behalf of my customers.
